There are just a couple of weeks to go until the Gala Showcase kicks off at Federation Square, so it's about time we told you all about our amazing line up of food vendors who will be serving up tasty food throughout Thursday and Friday!
With your Showcase ticket, you'll get a $10 food voucher to spend with our food partners, who are all involved in Good Beer Week events during the festival in May.
Check out the list below, and start planning what you're going to pair your new favourite sour or IPA with!
Oh, and if you've been umming and ahhing about going to the Thursday session, remember that this is the first chance you'll have to get your hands on the GBW18 Official Program (see a sneaky peek here), and to be some of the first people in Australia to try special release beers from our amazing breweries!
FOOD VENDORS
BLUEBONNET BARBECUE: Who doesn't love barbecue with their beer? Bluebonnet will be slinging their much loved smoked meats and sides!
BEER DELUXE FEDERATION SQUARE: Beer DeLuxe will be serving up paella, pierogis and delicious dumplings from their cafe in the Atrium all Showcase long!
SPARROW'S PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS: Tuck into a philly cheese steak from the crew at Sparrow's! Whether you love meat or vege, Sparrow's can rock it.
