Enjoy a decadent afternoon feast as Bridge Road Brewers showcase the 2020 release of their limited ‘De Wilde’ series (Giaconda, Sorrenberg & A.Rodda).

Bridge Road's De Wilde range are barrel fermented on wild yeast from three separate wines, sourced from an active chardonnay ferment and inoculated into three separate beers then left in barrel for 12 months.

The finished beers resulting in fantastic texture and complexity. Taste them all alongside the wines that helped create them over a long lunch with food inspired by the region from Masterchef's Michael Weldon.
