Sierra Nevada Tap Takeover plus pit-smoked meats. Join us for a night full of beer and barbecue with Sierra Nevada's ambassador, Steve Grossman and our pit-master, Kate O'Neill, on Tuesday 19th May from 7pm. They will take you on a journey through Sierra Nevada beers, plus cuts, rubs and wood.

7pm meet in the bar Fried Chicken ribs coated in a Golden BBQ sauce and paired with SkiEsta a Bavarian-style lager is first up. Accompanied with a tour of the offset BBQ.
Tasting Note - malty with the snap from the earthy hops. Slightly sweet with a touch of citrus.
7:30pm venture up to the French Quarter, our private dining space.
Next up is Burnt Ends with a jalapeno BBQ glaze paired with Otra Vez
Tasting Note - flavours of lime and blue agave nectar in a tart gose-style beer.
8:00pm the third course is upon us.
Devour bacon wrapped chicken thighs stuffed with jalapeno and cream cheese paired with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, the flagship beer.
Tasting Note - fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.
8:30pm mains be served.
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale-injected slow n’ low smoked beef brisket paired with Torpedo Extra IPA and FOMO Cloudy New England IPA
Tasting Notes: Torpedo IPA - It’s an aggressive yet balanced beer featuring complex citrus, pine, and herbal character of whole-cone hops.
FOMO Cloudy New England IPA - Hazy New England-style IPA, lots of fruit and hops on the front with mild bitterness on the end. Smooth mouth feel and lots of body. Sides of Sierra Nevada Torpedo mac n’ cheese and chipotle vinegar slaw
9:30pm Fifth and final.
Rich chocolate tart finished with a coffee-maple cream served with Narwhal Imperial Stout.
Tasting Note - Rich with notes of espresso, baker’s cocoa, roasted grain and a slight hint of smoke, Narwhal brims with malt complexity.
