Fermentation is what we’re all about at Zymurgy - think miso, pickles, and naturally leavened sourdough. Across four courses, food by chef Julian Hills will be complemented by a full suite of Hop Nation beers and our very own Site Wine. We’ll also be releasing a brand new Site Fermentation Project sour at this event.
