Hardimans Hotel has teamed up with the brewing legends at Stomping Ground to bring you an incredible evening of great food, great beers and even better company.
The night will consist of a five-course dinner with matched beers and hosted by the head brewer who will take you through their process, answer any questions, and of course throw back some froths.
Our head chef Tommy Payne is experienced in classical matching of speciality craft beer with contemporary Australian food. He has used a network of regional growers specialising in rare and fine produce to put together our five-course menu.
