We've teamed up with Wolf of the Willows to create a one night only, intimate food and beer matching dinner.

The menu will feature beef from Scotty McKinnon's (brewer / founder of Wolf) family farm in Gippsland, with the beef conditioned using spent grain from the brewery.

At Naughtons we specialise in nose-to-tail cooking, with all parts of the cow showcased on the night. Our chefs will butcher and age the prime cuts, braise the secondary cuts, use the bones to make stocks/sauces and render the fat down for roasting with (beef dripping potatoes, mmmmm...)

The evening will feature a four-course menu with matched beers - the star of which will be the 2019 Lark Barrel Aged Imperial JSP (which has been cellar aged at the pub for a further 12 months). This is one of the most seriously complex and delicious beers we have tasted.
