Cam Smith (RRR fm) will host Good Beer Kitchen from midday Sunday 14th May for a four course menu:
Fried Whitebait, Myrtle, Green Ant Salt & Mayonnaise. //
Crumbed Mussels, Stomping Ground Smoked Lager, Buttermilk Dressing & Pickled Radish //
Coriander Boudin Blanc, Miso Corn Puree, Lime Pickle & Home Made Sriracha //
Wood Roasted Pork Belly, Crispy Pig's Head, Pirate Life Braise & Salt Crusted Artichoke
While guests are treated to beers from: Balter Brewery (QLD), Pirate Life Brewing (SA), Two Birds Brewing (VIC), Stomping Ground Brewing Co (VIC).
Cam will be be in conversation with all the chefs and the brewers.
The event will conclude at 2.30pm, so come down on deck and enjoy the sun with your mum for the inaugural Good Beer Kitchen.
