To start off, we’ll go through a few favourites from our 2020 series, many of which spent months ageing in wine and spirit barrels slowly gaining complexity and intricacies, while Head Brewer Ashur Hall spills the secrets behind the varying techniques which lead to such bold flavour and aroma profiles.
You’ll then get an exclusive first taste of our 2021 series, fresh from the brewery before being released or even leaving our brewery walls.
