𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 - 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 - 𝗔𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗿𝗮𝘂𝘀
𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 - 𝗞𝗶𝘄𝗶 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗲 A kiwi fruit beer fermented in our oak foeder with house Brettanomyces yeast, using seasonal local produce grown on the banks of the Ovens river.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗸 - 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗰 / 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿 Barrel fermented ‘Kriek’ style beer, fermented on hand picked (directly into barrels in the orchard) whole cherries for 12 months.
𝗦𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲 𝘄: 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮𝘆 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 We’ve taken the wild yeast from Australia’s premier Chardonnay producer, Giaconda and used it to barrel ferment and age our Saison for 12 months.
𝗡𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 Inspired by the maltier lagers of Germanic Europe, with a new world take, using local hops for up front aroma and flavour. We also nitrogenised this beer for an ultra smooth mouth feel.
