"In Lieu of a round table big enough, we decided on a round venueโ€. Join Ben Kraus from Bridge Road Brewers and Topher Boehm from Wildflower Brewing and Blending in the amazing Norla Dome for a unique opportunity to hang with these affable mavericks of Australian craft beer.

Ben and Topher will guide you through a selection of their latest limited releases as you hit the opulent grazing table before your hosts pour and wax lyrical about some of the drinks that have inspired their journey as brewers.

Each ticket includes tastings of all of the beers below as well as one wine, selected by each brewer as well food on a sumptuous grazing table by Firecracker Event

๐—™๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ด๐˜† ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด Made entirely from the first batch of smoked malt from Voyager Craft Malt, fermented with our house culture and aged in barrel. Single 20 litre keg decanted from barrel specifically for this event.

๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ - ๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—ฐ / ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ Barrel fermented โ€˜Kriekโ€™ style beer, fermented on hand picked (directly into barrels in the orchard) whole cherries for 12 months.

๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ป ๐——๐—ฒ ๐—ช๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐˜„: ๐—š๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฎ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—ฌ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ Weโ€™ve taken the wild yeast from Australiaโ€™s premier Chardonnay producer, Giaconda and used it to barrel ferment and age our Saison for 12 months.

๐—ก๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ ๐— ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ Inspired by the maltier lagers of Germanic Europe, with a new world take, using local hops for up front aroma and flavour. We also nitrogenised this beer for an ultra smooth mouth feel.
