Ever heard of Trugo? It's a sport unique to Melbourne, invented in the west by railyard workers in their spare time. It's pretty simple: You hit a rubber thing, with a big hammer, through some posts. The oldest players in the official Trugo league are well into their 80s, and it's not divided by gender. It's a welcoming, relaxing, fun sport for everyone to enjoy.
The event is supported is by alcohol free brewery UpFlow, which will have its incredible alcohol free beer on hand during the day, and we'll have prizes from Footscray brewery Hop Nation.
A great, chilled, way to wind down from Good Beer Week.
